Pricing Information
Service Call
We offer very competitive pricing for our services. Each service call is billed
hourly and with a trip charge (this covers fuel and maintenance to our
vehicles). Parts and refrigerant are extra.
* Most service calls can be completed within 60-90 minutes.
Hourly Rate = $80.00/hr (one hour minimum)
Trip Charge = $25.00 in Beavercreek
$35.00 outside of Beavercreek
Service Specials - $65.00 each
We also offer seasonal specials for air conditioning and furnace tune ups.
Every manufacturer of heating and cooling equipment recommends annual
maintenance. Just like automobiles need oil changes, equipment that is
maintained yearly will last longer and have fewer failures.
Air Conditioning Tune Up
We'll Check:
- Outdoor fan motor and blade
- Lubricate indoor and outdoor fan motors
- Check indoor fan belt and bearings
- Wash dirt from outdoor unit
- Check wiring in outdoor unit for tight connections
- Check unit for proper refrigerant pressures
- Check indoor thermostat
- Check indoor evaporator coil and drain (cleaning extra)
- Check temperature drop through indoor coil
- Cycle Unit through complete cycle
*Refrigerant and parts extra.
Furnace Tune Up
- Inspect the heat exchanger
- Clean the burner
- Inspect the blower
- Check the safeties
- Check for carbon monoxide
- Check the thermostat
